Essential Functions
- Triage new appraisal assignments to ensure standards are met and customer request is clear
- Track and provide detailed updates on outstanding appraisal orders
- Problem-solve complex orders to ensure our reports anticipate and meet our needs
- Distribute assignments to Select Vendors based on category, complexity, and needs
- Assist Vendors in assignment details
- Perform quality check and data field entry with final reports
- Manage all tasks and actions necessary to complete a successful appraisal assignment
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting team to problem solve and actively manage work in progress
- Respond appropriately and professionally to customers both internally and externally

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to articulate issues, problem solve and analyze with creative and outside of the box thinking
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external partners; ability to convey findings in a concise and comprehensive manner
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Capability to build trusting relationships internally and externally and elicit confidence by demonstrating reliability
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a cooperative and diverse environment
- Capacity to analyze processes, support change and think operationally and strategically to achieve business goals
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience
- High School or equivalent diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a mortgage related environment
- Working knowledge of lending practices and industry standard processes
