About Organization
The Unified Monitoring & Rescue Operations Department is responsible for overseeing service and network quality to maintain the resiliency of the Cloud Native Network.
It is at the forefront of managing and maintaining positive customer experience and ultimately, increasing Rakuten Mobile’s brand loyalty and revenue.
Job Duties
24 hours a day, 365 days a year (shift system)
Work location will be either Tokyo or Osaka.
Network monitoring operations using OSS and EMS
Internal cooperation in the event of a failure or alarm (SXC-CORE / IPTX / RAN, Japan / India) *English support available
Response by emergency call receiving organizations, other carriers, etc
Incident response, etc
Minimum Qualifications
Know the geography of Japan well in order to handle problems accurately
Ability to grasp and process information accurately
Able to work independently with minimal support
Health management for night shifts
Able to utilize Excel (VLOOK level). Basic PC (Word, PowerPoint) skills
IT knowledge and key points regarding systems / services
Languages :
Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
