Executive Assistant

CRG is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support our client’s executive team and ensure the smooth operation of their calendars, events, and other administrative functions.

This long-term contract opportunity is perfect for someone seeking to gain more hands-on experience working at a large company, or someone between roles looking to add more experience to their resume!

Location : Winston-Salem, NC HYBRID

Opportunity Type : Long Term Contract (at least through February 2025!)

Pay / Compensation : $30 / hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external partners.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
