Executive Assistant
CRG is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support our client’s executive team and ensure the smooth operation of their calendars, events, and other administrative functions.
This long-term contract opportunity is perfect for someone seeking to gain more hands-on experience working at a large company, or someone between roles looking to add more experience to their resume!
Location : Winston-Salem, NC HYBRID
Opportunity Type : Long Term Contract (at least through February 2025!)
Pay / Compensation : $30 / hour
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external partners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a large organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
