We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator to join our team and help elevate financial operations with precision and integrity.

What You’ll Do

Your role supports vendor trust, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency . You’ll manage outgoing payments, vendor relations, and help keep our books clean and audit-ready.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities :

• Invoice Processing : Receive, verify, code & enter vendor invoices
• Discrepancy Resolution : Investigate & resolve billing, vendor, & tax issues
• Records Management : Maintain accurate & organized AP files for audits & internal controls
• Reconciliation : Balance vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, & ensure GL accuracy
• Month-End Close : Ensure all expenses are entered for the month prior to closing
• Vendor Communication : Build trusted relationships with internal teams & external business partners
• 1099 Management : Ensure IRS & TIN compliance, manage W9 & reporting documentation
