- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer service.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
