Day-to-Day
- Source, target, and recruit highly qualified talent using techniques and tools including referrals, networking, cold calling, and data-sourcing tools
- Conduct & complete detailed discovery calls with potential candidates
- Present opportunities and requirements to candidates
- Align candidates with opportunities for which they are qualified and the best fit for the opening
- Strategize with leadership & fellow recruiters to assist and launch all new client opportunities
- Effective planning, organization & prioritization between our Account Managers & our clients

Qualifications :
- No phone reluctance confident in your ability to drive conversation & nurture relationships over the phone
- Self-motivated, self-starter, coachable
- Tech-savvy and social media proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work out of our office in Fishers, IN
- Previous experience in outside sales and cold-calling is an added plus
