What Your Impact Will Look Like :

  • Use Granicus Applications and Understand Impact on Government and Citizen Interaction
  • Own Escalated Issues and Problems Reported by Customers, Internal Teams, and Monitoring
  • Independent & Collaborative Troubleshooting of Application, Service, and System Issues
  • Document and Escalate User Stories, Bugs, and Defects
  • Establish and Maintain SLI, SLO, and SLA targets for applications and services.
  • Use software development best practices to automate solutions and eliminate toil.
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets and following the company's information security program.

You'll Love This Job if You Have :

  • At least three years of relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on Azure cloud experience (at least two years of production support experience is required)
  • Agile & Lean thinking mindset.
  • Experience with software engineering best practices applied to data, e.g. automation, testing, contract definition, clean code, CI / CD.
  • Good experience in infrastructure as code, CI / CD tooling & configuration tools like Terraform for automation.
  • Experience working with monitoring & logging systems, particularly; Elastic, NewRelic, LogicMonitor, Papertrail & Pingdom.
  • Pragmatic approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable writing code in at least one programming language. Software Engineer coming from a development or DevOps background.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Hands-on coding experience with Python 3.
  • Exposure to application performance testing tools (preferably Locust).
  • Open to learning new tools and technologies on the job.
  • Leadership acumen.

  • Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.

CJIS Requirement

To be considered for this position you must be willing and able to obtain / maintain a Secret-level security clearance through the U.

S. Government. To obtain this clearance you must meet the following requirements :

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 10 years of U.S. residency status
  • Passing of an in-depth, government sponsored background check
