IT Support Technician
Full-Time / Contract
Location : Remote
Contract Duration : 9-12 Months
Salary : $65,000
Primary Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician :
- Support customers of all technical proficiencies
- Collaborate with other ITCS staff, IT staff, and vendors to support customers
- Maintain computer hardware and software, including packaging and deploying software
- User access provisioning
- Shipping, receiving, and keeping up-to-date inventory of technical hardware
- Provides after-hours, on-call support as necessary
Preferred Experience & Qualities of the IT Support Technician :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions to technical and nontechnical individuals in a professional and pleasant manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
- SCCM
- Jira Service Desk
- Active Directory Users and Computers
- MS Exchange
Bonus Experience of the IT Support Technician :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
