- Role will be responsible for communicating job instructions to production, which will require the use of excel, databases, and various systems.
- Actively participate in departmental process improvements or key projects that improve quality and increase productivity.
- Time Management Skills; Ability to meet target dates and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask.
- Effectively and efficiently resolve issues and inquiries in a timely / professional manner that are escalated by Production Operations and Client Services.
