We are in need of Full-time team members for our offices located in Binghamton, Endicott and Vestal.

Lalor Family Dental is a growing, multi-office, 2nd generation dental practice bringing over 60 years of experience in the dental field.

We are looking for career-focused individuals with positive attitudes and a patient-centered mindset to join our clinical teams as a Dental Assistant! A Dental Assistant helps the doctors to make the patient's experience smooth, efficient, and comfortable.

The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment is a must. No prior dental experience necessary- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!

Options for company-paid training to earn New York State Certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant are available.

Short-term opportunities are also available for recent graduates while they apply for dental or medical school.

Requirements :

• Highschool Diploma or GED required
• Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
• Extremely hard working and thrives in a demanding environment
• Believes in a patient-centered approach to customer service in the dental environment
• Demonstrates innovative approaches to problem-solving
• Experience in a team setting; clubs, sports, previous employment, etc.
• Takes responsibility
• Serves with integrity
• Engages fully in everything you do
• Enjoys a team atmosphere and opportunities to participate in practice-wide functions
