Job Description :
- Assist individuals with disabilities and / or chronic illnesses to attain and maintain maximum function.
- Help clients adapt to an altered lifestyle, providing a therapeutic environment for both clients and their families.
- Design and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care.
- Promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health in patients.
- Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings across a range of acute to subacute rehabilitation facilities.
- Required to have Oklahoma fingerprints for the role.
