Description
- Build and enhance financial models and analyses to support management and strategic initiatives. (types of models - acquisitions, singular real estate assets, company valuations, other)
- Perform ongoing analysis & forecasting of financial results including financial statements, KPI trending, variance analysis, and organizational efficiency.
- Develop presentations and communicate results & insights to support decision making to multiple levels of management including the Executive Leadership team.
- Monthly investor report updates to be reviewed by Investor Relations and the CFO.
- Drive process improvements to improve reporting and efficiencies and data management.
- Ad-hoc deliverables and other requested financial analysis projects as required to support various business functions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of business finance or other relevant real estate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance / economics.
- Deep understanding and proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
- Experience managing Financial Analysts with full quality control.
- Understanding of GAAP a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Good business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
