Healthcare M&A Attorney

A company is looking for a M&A Healthcare Transactions Attorney (Sr. Corporate Counsel).

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including legal strategy, risk management, and due diligence

Advise on negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements, including confidentiality agreements and definitive agreements

Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategy development and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School

At least 3 years of active legal practice; 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred

Corporate transaction and contracting experience required

Healthcare transactional experience preferred

Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
