About The Job

Alons Bakery & Market is an esteemed European bakery and market searching for a talented, driven, and detail oriented Line Cook to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to support a team to fulfill the vision of our high-quality operation, while consistently meeting production goals and quality in our food.

Reports to : Chef, Store Manager, and General Manager

The Job

• Must have a deep understanding of the brand ethos and volume, while being able to prepare our food at an exceptional level for our clientele.
• While consistently maintaining daily food production, also must be able to assist guests needs by preparing sandwiches and salads fresh to order.
• Observes health and safety guidelines in order to achieve a sanitary environment for both you and our clientele.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment is a must, and a kitchen / cafe environment is an excellent plus.
• Job responsibilities include keeping the station stocked and ready, knowledge of our recipes and products, maintaining a clean, well-organized work environment, and creating a joyful experience for our guests at Alons Bakery & Market.

Skills, Experience and Education Required

• 1-3 years of previous experience in similar environment (quick service food)
• Self-starter, flexible, quick-learner, and able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
