School Psychologist Mission Viejo, CA
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated School Psychologists to join our team in Mission Viejo, CA , in providing comprehensive psychological services to students in schools.
This is full time and part-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting psychoeducational assessments, providing individual and group counseling, collaborating with teachers and parents to support students' academic and social-emotional development, and contributing to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Requirements :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- State license or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' academic, social, and emotional functioning
- Provide individual and group counseling to students with social-emotional or behavioral concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social-emotional development
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
