Project Management Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Project Management / Operations Support Individual to join our team at Belcan, in Cincinnati, OH 45242.

This is a full-time direct position with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need an Associates of Science degree in related field or 3+ years equivalent work experience and a solid background in using Smartsheet and all of it's functions.

Principal Responsibilities for a Project Management / Operations Support Individual include but are not limited to the following :

• Smartsheet expertise in implementing operating system and KPI tracking.
• Support Resource Planning and tracking activities.
• Support managing project schedules.
• Organize data, track / trend, and work with team to identify potential issues.
• Host / facilitate Weekly and Monthly Operating Reviews and other meetings.

Requirements needed for role of Project Management / Operations Support Individual include :

• Proficient in Smartsheet formulas and functions, dashboards, and team collaboration.
• Strong aptitude with MS Office products, specifically strong MS Excel skillset.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ability to think differently, unconventionally, or from a new perspective.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (need to be comfortable pushing highly technical and global teams to obtain updates on their programs, action items, etc.).
• Initiative-taker with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple / competing deadlines effectively.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Some technical, or aerospace background is desired but not required.
• Local to Cincinnati, OH with on-site presence is required.
• Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be U. S. Citizen.

Compensation :

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $64,480-$74,880 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
