At our client's gaming franchise, the team is working on delivering on the continued legacy. They are a passionate group responsible for growing a piece of gaming history, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Producer to partner with our Executive Producer in managing day-to-day production and workflow for various projects within the studio.

Our ideal candidate is : detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; capable of tracking and communicating complex work items across multiple projects;

a great communicator and biased toward an inclusive work environment, and someone who cares deeply about delivering the best possible gaming experience for the fans.

In this role, the candidate is a key contributor between internal and external teams across a wide variety of functions and subject matter expertise.

You'll have direct influence and responsibility for the quality and outcomes of feature development, product publishing efforts, and important partnerships

The day-to-day tasks will vary depending on project needs, but key responsibilities include : Identifying, communicating, tracking, and reporting on the individual tasks & work items assigned to youCoordinating across teams to deliver quality on-time, related to features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagementReview and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmapsCollaborate with our internal and external teams to remove blockers and ensure pathways to product development and G2M goalsCommunicate status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularlyProviding flexible assistance for other Producers as neededQualifications :

3+ years' experience in Project Management, or a related field that requires broad coordinationA minimum of 2 published games with a Production role creditA self-starter that can identify gaps and product needs without being promptedStrong organizational and collaboration skills that contribute to documenting a plan and helping others accomplish their goalsExcellent verbal, written, and social communication skillsConstant drive to learn and adapt to ever-changing surroundings and gaming trendsPassion for and understanding of gaming and gaming cultureSelf-starter with the ability to work flexing hours as your project demands.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Teams, Microsoft Office, and other project management toolsThe ideal candidate will also possess :

Experience with Games-as-a-Service and operating a live productPC technical knowledge & PC gaming experienceScrum Certification as a Scrum Master or Product OwnerFamiliarity with C#, C++, or other programming languages and basic engineering conceptsAbility to provide additional perspective to our teams to help improve the overall franchiseThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.

17 to $62.41 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
