Scentsy is looking for a Program Manager to develop, implement, measure, and administer one or more corporate marketing programs across various channels.

Work will typically consist of multiple projects or sub-projects and will require the ability to work with a variety of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and program success.

The Program Manager will focus on enhancing current programs that encourage customers to host parties and join the Scentsy team as well as work cross-functionally to determine and create new programs that align with the company’s strategy.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop, implement, execute, and administer comprehensive marketing programs that align with the needs of the organization, its Consultants, and / or its customers
  • Oversee all aspects of programs, including planning, budgeting, and performance
  • Identify resource needs, roles, and responsibilities and ensure resource alignment across functional teams
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and inform program strategies to ensure future strength of programs
  • Coordinate training, communication, and GTM planning with cross-functional teams
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of strategic product lifecycle plans, product positioning, and category mix
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including website copy, social media content, and email campaigns
  • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials
  • Manage and collaborate with vendors and agencies
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to build a collective roadmap across programs
  • Make day-to-day recommendations and decisions regarding program direction and strategy implementation
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines the core fundamentals for programs
  • Gain and retain buy-in for changes from key project stakeholders
  • Ensure that activities comply with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For :

  • 2 years of experience managing a variety marketing programs or closely related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing programs
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skills
  • Experience with content creation (copywriting, social media content) is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage project management activities for moderately complex, medium to high-impact projects
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Direct Selling industry is a plus
