Job Summary :
Seeking a Technical Writer with strong electronics experience to collaborate with the FAA RVR Program Manager and deliver comprehensive documentation and customer support.

Bachelor's degree in electronics or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of technical writing experience with a strong background in electronics
Proficiency in Windows Server, networking hardware and software, and life cycle management
Experience managing product End of Life processes and delivering documentation
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile software tools like Jira and Confluence
Preferred Skills :
Hands-on experience with electronics and telecommunications systems, including analog and digital communication protocols such as RS232 / 485 and TCP / IP
Understanding of software architecture and scripting abilities
Technical documentation skills, including creating and reading technical documents, engineering drawings, and circuit diagrams
Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with the FAA RVR Program Manager to execute necessary activities and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
Work with the Engineering department to determine and prioritize engineering changes in hardware and software
Maintain system component compatibility with FAA requirements and support product development and sustainment processes
Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to formalize documentation, including customer / product / test documentation
Provide customer support during delivery projects or field service activities, including travel as needed
Support delivery project activities such as Factory Inspection Tests, System Installation Support, and reactive service events per customer requests
Pay : 29-39
Pay Details : $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
