LHH is seeking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team and be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals with clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure prompt and accurate distribution of mail and deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, including bid bonds and waivers. Process UPS shipments promptly and efficiently.
- Take charge of office supply management, placing orders with trusted suppliers.
- Facilitate seamless coordination of meeting rooms, managing bookings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place for successful meetings.
- Skillfully compile weekly reports demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to submit and print payrolls.
- Provide valuable assistance with AP duties, including collecting, printing, scanning, and processing incoming invoices.
Collect and organize back-up and matching tickets for efficient record-keeping.
Embrace a flexible approach by willingly taking on other miscellaneous duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the office environment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
Pay / Benefits :
- This is a direct hire position with a salary of up to $55,000 dependent on experience.
- This position has full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k
