JOB SUMMARY
This position provides exceptional customer service, with a high level of attention to detail, and compassion for the customer’s needs.
Works closely with Operations Managers and field technicians to dispatch service calls while ensuring maximum scheduling efficiency and without compromising client satisfaction.
JOB DUTIES
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take and enter orders, cancel accounts, and obtain complaint details
- Follow up with customers to ensure that a satisfactory resolution was achieved
- Document customer interactions, transactions, inquiry details, complaints, comments and actions taken
- Resolve customer complaints by referring and assigning call back instructions
- Complete booking forms, prepare change of address records and issue service order requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to management for further investigation
- Determine charges for requested services, quote trip charges and communicate billing arrangements
- Notify customers when technicians are in route and respond to customer inquiries
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have good computer software skills
- 2 years of prior customer service, call center dispatching experience
- ServiceTitan software experience preferred
