A law firm in Plano, TX, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong background in litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills, and have a proven desire to appear in court.
Preference will be given to candidates with healthcare and energy litigation experience.

Duties :
- Represent clients in litigation, including preparing for and attending court hearings and trials.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
- Manage a caseload, including client communication, case documentation, and deadlines.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Proven experience in preparing for and appearing in court.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Desire to engage in complex legal arguments and case presentations.
- Experience in healthcare and energy litigation is preferred.
- A license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
