Our Modern Work team is 30-strong members among our 150+ member Microsoft Center of Excellence. We have amazing team members working in all areas of the Modern Work space, with SharePoint and communications sites, Teams and collaboration efforts, organization and information architecture, and many others.

Slalom is targeting Consultants or Sr. Consultants for this role.

What You'll Do

• Implement Technology Solutions : Collaborate with Slalom consultants and client teams to analyze and address business challenges related to communication, messaging, user accounts, and endpoints.
• Analyze Business Needs : Identify and solve complex issues by leveraging technology solutions that optimize client communication and system performance.
• Expand Technical Expertise : Stay current with Microsoft products and services, including recent cloud product updates, to provide informed recommendations and cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Collaborate Across Practices : Work with consultants from other areas such as organizational effectiveness, change management, and application development to integrate Exchange, AD, and Azure systems effectively.
• Mentor and Support Peers : Share your knowledge and expertise on Exchange and related technologies with fellow consultants to enhance their skills and improve team performance.
• Travel - up to 30%

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated Expertise in Microsoft Technologies : Possess extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Entra ID, Intune, and Azure security.

Proficient in migration, management, and reporting using tools such as AD / Entra Connect, Exchange Online Protection, and Defender for Endpoints.

• Knowledge of Third-Party Tools : Exhibit familiarity with and conceptual understanding of third-party protection, migration, and management tools, including ShareGate, BitTitan, Mimecast, and other relevant technologies.
• Proficient in Messaging and Identity Management : Have a comprehensive and fluent understanding of messaging and communication systems, as well as identity management systems, to effectively analyze and address business challenges in these areas.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the base salary pay range is $96,000 to $177,000.

For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time
