We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team and help us continue to offer outstanding service to our residents.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential residents over the phone to schedule tours.
- Show apartments and community features to prospective residents.
- Log phone and walk-in traffic; enter data into the computer daily.
- Highlight the benefits of leasing at our property and assist with applications.
- Conduct surveys to ensure competitive pricing.
- Perform marketing tasks as needed.
- Qualify and prepare leases for new residents.
- Handle move-in paperwork and key assignments.
- Address resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Follow Fair Housing regulations.
- Assist with pest control, grounds upkeep, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with a strong commitment to quality work.
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior leasing experience is a must
