Role summary :

  • 360 desk for an experienced agency recruiter
  • Open to different technology market backgrounds (application-based tech preferred), but strong business development experience is a must
  • 2 days / week onsite
  • 4.5 day work week
  • Uncapped commission up to 40% - salary bandings provided on this job post are flexible and commensurate with experience, and do not include additional earning from our lucrative commission scheme.

We are currently hiring an experienced 360 consultant (Senior - Principal level) for our San Diego-based Tech recruitment team.

You would be involved in the expansion of one of our existing markets.

This is a great opportunity to bring your entrepreneurial talents to a high performing and collaborative organization. You will be responsible for managing your own book of business and have options to remain focused on billing, or to step into a leadership role.

What we need from you :

  • Proven history of success in a recruitment agency environment, operating a full 360 desk OR working on the business development side of a split desk.
  • Multiple recruitment industry backgrounds will be considered, but preference will be given to those who have recruited in Tech markets and are keen to participate in expanding a market.
  • Strong Business Development - must have a proven track record of winning new clients in a recruitment setting, in addition to keeping a strong job pipeline.
  • Contract / Temp and direct-hire backgrounds will both be considered.
  • Ability to become a market expert, natural leader, and have big visions and insatiable appetite for more.
  • Passion - ambition and driven to succeed, by truly enjoying what you do.

Your responsibilities :

  • First and foremost, building strong relationships ! (Internally and externally)
  • Negotiation and complex full cycle 360 deal management.
  • Sales - bringing on new clients, expanding existing clients, and continuing managing client relationships.
  • Building a strategy to maximize revenue by having a strong commercial understanding of your market, from both a client and candidate perspective.
  • Identifying, engaging, and mobilizing the very best talent in your market.
