Position Overview : Freedom Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced and efficient Senior Office Clerk to join our team in Allegheny County, PA.
The Senior Office Clerk will be responsible for processing, distributing, routing, and filing documents. This role requires a high level of independence and attention to detail, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality services in government contracting and consulting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process, distribute, route, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
- Provide support to junior office staff and ensure smooth office operations.
Required Skills / Experience :
- Ability to utilize general office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers, telephones).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
