Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is seeking a talented Senior Life Underwriter to join their
Underwriting department on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Assess and underwrite complex life insurance applications
- Evaluate risk factors such as Critical Illness (CL), Income Protection (CL), and Pension Schemes
- Analyze financial documents and medical records to make underwriting decisions
- Provide guidance and training to junior underwriters
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
Key Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Critical Illness (CL), Income Protection (CL), and Protection (CL) products
- Experience in underwriting pension schemes
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
