Summary : Seeking a Service Department Manager to oversee customer relations, manage budgets, and handle project management for technical service solutions.
Job Requirements :
Ability to work with foreign customers and suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project).
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
Experience in service and small project management or as a project manager preferred.
Preferred Skills :
Pro-active approach to ensure top customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage customer relations and satisfaction.
Manage the Service Department budget.
Staff the service department as required.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions with engineering and process services.
Develop and present technical proposals to customers.
Find suppliers to meet specific customer needs.
Manage projects including quotations, purchasing, freight, invoices, scheduling, installation on site / commissioning.
Pay Details : $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
