Job Description
- Sales and business development for Cockpit Technology Products (Telematics Units, Infotainment, Displays, etc) with North American Commercial Vehicle (CV) customers
- Formulate and present customer & sales strategies and product presentations.
- Develop commercial and pricing strategies for quotations with strong commercial negotiation skills to secure new business.
- Lead in internal preparation & presentation for North American acquisitions
- Meet all Sales KPIs and be responsible for accurately planning account revenue.
- Understand and report on specific customer technology trends, innovations and market landscape to create and implement strategies to grow the business
- Support Current Production Projects (price management, change management, etc)
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and problem resolution meetings
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years Automotive Sales experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business
- Expected travel up to 20% of the time including some international travel once COVID restrictions are lifted
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders
- Commercial Vehicle and Cockpit Technology Product experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
