Job Description

Key tasks & responsibilities :

• Responsible for creating internal sample orders for products & services.
• Responsible for VTAM tool tagging and invoicing process
• Responsible for AR tracking and collection
• Responsible for tracking B-contract updates and for timely internal price adjustment
• Maintains customer contracts for accuracy to agreed parameters and communicates relevant data internally (for example PN cancellation)
• Creation and circulation of I.O. for the purpose of organizational awareness (price changes etc.)
• Support prototype pricing and internal ordering
• Volume Planning : transferring planning hypothesis on P / N level in planning tool (project structure of complete market)
• Volume Verification / Alignment : Credibility of CF volume, alignment with logistic department of the plants
• Reporting / Analysis : Standard and ad-hoc reporting of price changes, volumes
• Support preparation of audits
• Scope : series production and aftermarket business

Qualifications

• 2+ year sales or planning experience.
• Knowledge of steering products and systems.
• Skilled with MSOffice Suite applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
