About The Position

Are you a compassionate professional with exceptional organizational skills? We are seeking an outstanding LPN / LVN for a position in Honokaa, Hawaii, working the Shift : Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts : Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights shift.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Hawaii license / certification. This role is within the LTC - SNF specialty. A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a LPN / LVN in LTC - SNF are required.

• Current Resume
• Current Hawaii license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
• Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications
• 2 current Clinical References
• Physical
• TB Records
• Current Tdap / Flu vaccinations
• Titers - MMR / Hep B / Varicella or vaccination records
• Must be able to pass background / urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
