Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in the Houston area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Supervise and coordinate the work of field personnel, including subcontractors
• Ensure that all work is completed safely, in compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project managers, to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction, and work with project team members to find solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with Underground Utilities, Drainage projects
• Heavy Civil project Experience(Bridges, Infrastructure, Highways)
• Experience with TxDOT projects is highly desirable
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise large teams of workers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, engineers, project managers, and field personnel
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Benefits
