Communicates with volunteers regarding any negative findings from their screening physicals. Must maintain volunteer privacy and confidentiality Attend external community events representing PPD's Phase I Clinic to increase volunteer pool and ensure enrollment of all Phase I studies Collaborate with Subject Relations administrative staff to ensure volunteer activities are available at adequate levels and variety to prevent negative subject morale and to provide a pleasant environment for subjects housed in overnight facility
Qualifications - External
Education and Experience :
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience with proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and minimum of 1 year experience presenting to groups and working one-on-one with individuals.
An equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
- Customer focused with strong problem-solving abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
