Interim FP&A Manager

An Oakland County client has exclusively engaged Vaco Detroit to provide an Interim Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

The Interim Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for supporting end-of-year budgeting and forecasting efforts.

In addition, the Interim Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for completing various types of analysis, including variance, trend, pricing and sales analysis.

The Interim Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will also be responsible for financial reporting, as well as reporting for operational stakeholders.

The ideal Interim Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis must have at least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

In addition, the ideal consultant must have strong financial modeling and analysis expertise. The ideal candidate must large ERP experience, such as SAP or NetSuite, and advanced Excel experience, pivot tables, lookups, macros, and PowerBI.

A bachelors degree in accounting, finance or similar is required. An advanced degree or CPA, CMA or similar certification is highly desired.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
