Here's what you'll be responsible for :
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely, courteous manner
- Communicating with servers regarding guest needs and seating arrangements
- Taking reservation for guests
- Assisting with rearranging seating as needed
- Assisting any Manager or Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements : Excellent customer service and people skills. The ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time is required.
Must be able to lift and move tables and chairs. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.
