Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Guard with experience working in luxury residential communities.
Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Nutley, New Jersey location.
Flexible Availability :
- Mornings 7am-3pm
- Evenings 3pm-11pm
- Overnight 11pm-7am
Pay Rate : , pay can be discussed depending on experience
Description :
24 / 7 - 2 Security Officers per shift. ( One - on Mobile Patrol / walking tours and One - at onsite Central Station monitoring cameras, phone, alarms, Parking gates, Construction site, dispatching... )
Requirements
- MUST POSSESS A VALID NEW JERSEY SORA.
- MUST have a valid Driver's License and be in good standing.
- Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.
- Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.
- Must devote their time and focus in securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting people who wants to enter the venues premises.
- Must have the ability to respond to any emergency situations.
- Must be able to answer some basic questions about the vicinity or neighborhood and also wear a complete uniform.
