Transformation Project Leader

A company is looking for a Transformation Project Leader for a US Remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end transformation projects across various corporate functions

Design and test processes while collaborating closely with teams to implement new workflows

Deliver measurable business outcomes and track project impacts against enterprise priorities

Required Qualifications and Education

7+ years of experience in leading large-scale transformation or enterprise improvement projects

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) with a proven track record in diverse environments

Experience in hands-on project ownership and process design

Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools

Familiarity with modern methodologies such as design thinking and agile practices
