Mission Critical - Construction Manager (Travel)
What we are looking for :
Aldridge is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for our Mission Critical division.
What you’ll do : Duties including :
Duties including :
Actively participating in Division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team.
Holding accountability for execution, operations and completion of assigned contracts.
Providing operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers.
Actively contributing to management meetings, project-planning meetings, project execution and project closure meetings.
Promoting and assimilating the Company’s strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel.
Who you are :
We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market.
Technical background with engineering or field experience.
Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
Willing to travel.
