AbouttheRole
Overseethe daily activities of the financial planning department. Lead thefinancial and strategic planning team in delivering analyticalsupport to all internal operational units.
Conduct research andanalysis of the competitive landscape. Contribute to all aspects ofthe annual Operating and Capital Budget Long Range Plan developmentand the preparation of monthly financial and operationalreports.
Responsibilities
- Understandand document goals strategies and critical issues which drive thesuccess of thebusiness.
- Analyzesproposed events promotions and direct mail programs to determinefinancial justification follows up with past analysis to measuresuccess and makes recommendations to improve based on resultsachieved.
- Delegatesassignments to appropriate subordinates to accomplish tasks and atthe same time provide developmentalpotential.
- Developsfinancial and business operating plans and capital expenditureplans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning oftheproperty.
- Measuresand monitors host and junket productivityreports.
- Preparesall other financial analysis of revenue marketing or cost programsto determine economic feasibility and advise management onrecommendations.
- Managesthe preparation of budgets operating reviews and financial packagesforpresentation.
- Monitorsdirect report performance standards and holds employees accountableforperformance.

- BSor BA in AccountingFinance
- 5years analytical operations experience in planning finance ormarketresearch
- 3years financial management experiencerequired.
