The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will ideally have expertise from a Top 10 CPA Firm working with publicly traded clients and familiar with anything related to SEC Regulatory & US GAAP Compliance (10K's, 10Q's, & 8K's).
You will be familiar with preparing Financial Statements and presenting to leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST :
- Act as a "Go-To" for anything relating to SEC - 10K's, 10Q's,
- Prepare US GAAP & SEC Financial Statements as needed
- Assist with any technical related accounting research for any new or upcoming Accounting standard updates
- Assist with any Month-End Close & Financial Reporting related duties.
- Provide Ad-Hoc support Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance a related field from a four-year college or university
- BIG4 and / or Public Accounting background is preferred
- Large ERP experience
- Compensation : $90,000 - $105,000
