Role Overview AndResponsibilities :

Position Scope :

The ERPEpicor Analyst will serve as atechnologyfocused senior consultant dedicated to improving businessprocesses and efficiencies across various sites in the US.

Thisrole is instrumental in identifying implementing and sustainingbestinclass manufacturing practices and technologies related tobusiness analytics.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Lead the design and propose cuttingedge technologicalapproaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge best practicesand benchmarking.
• Assist with site upgradestransitions and integrations throughout the US essentially leadingERP projects and targeted process synergies.
• Align processes and procedures from various TT sites toensure best practices throughout the business.
• Take ownership of data and constantly improve its qualityand integrity; proactively identify data quality issues andcoordinate with the appropriate teams and / or software provider toresolve any discrepancies.
• Develop anddocument business processes and workflows and analyze how the ERPand new tools and solutions can be delivered to support thoseprocesses and workflows.
• Provide analyticsupport including dashboard creation and management basicdescriptive and correlation analyses visualization andsummarizations.
• Troubleshoot issues find theirroot cause and implement corrective actions to resolve thempermanently.
• Maintain expert knowledge ofanalytic tools (including the ERP and Power BI).
• Analyze systems performance and outcomes to maintain andimprove the efficiency of analytic systems.
• Manage company data requests including API connectionsmapping importing and exporting of data to ensure consistentcorrect and safe transfer of information.
• Participate and contribute to various IT projectsthroughout the facility.
• Other duties asrequired and / or assigned.

Qualifications Skills AndAttributes :

CoreCompetencies :

• Extensive experience with Epicor softwarerequired. Epicor 10
• Possessanalytical ability to break down complex problems into manageablepieces using creative thinking analysis and factbased datacollection.
• Adept at building trustingrelationships while motivating / influencing others to adopt new bestpractices.
• Must have a solid understanding ofmanufacturing and supply chain processes and knowledge of KeyPerformance Indicators that drive manufacturing results.
• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSuite required.

Qualifications AndExperience :

• Bachelor's degree in a computerrelated fieldrequired.
• Three to five years of relevant workexperience required.
• Experience working withinan ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System is a plus.
• This position requires the use of information subject tothe International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Allapplicants must be US persons within the meaning of ITAR.
