Job Summary :
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications to patients by proficiently entering new and refill prescriptions, providing exceptional customer service via phone, and collaborating effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter new and refill medication orders accurately into pharmacy software.
- Monitor medication delivery status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Consult with customers over the phone, offering support and guidance on medication orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve medication order issues using reports.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and service delivery times.
Requirements :
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification.
- Proficiency with pharmacy software systems, preferably Frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to workplace culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and operational demands.
