Access Management - IT Support Analyst

Your role

We're looking for someone like that to help us :

• manage support and monitoring of banks critical Access Management solutions, synchronization / provisioning workflows and infrastructure components through the complete IPM lifecycle
• analyze recurring failures and events as part of Continuous Service Improvement and eliminate top demands using cutting edge RPA & AI tools
• work collaboratively with internal / external teams, always focusing on the best approach for bank
• managing knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository
• coordinate with different internal teams and / or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event days

Your team

You'll be working as part of the Security department within Technology Services. Within Security, you'll be part of a global Access Management team and responsible for all aspects of production support.

Our team provides 24x7 support with a follow the sun operating model. Some shift work is to be expected.

Your expertise

• ideally 8 years of IT experience in development or large scale production operations teams
• ideally 5 years of experience in Access Management / Security IT (eg, Sun / Oracle IDM, Sailpoint)
• sound understanding of Unix, Windows & Database queries
• sound understanding of Financial domain and Security.
• knowledge of web and application servers (Apache / IIS / Tomcat / WebSphere)
• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent / conflicting priorities
• automation / application development experience, understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology would be advantageous
• a good understanding of ITIL Service Operations process such as Incident Management, Request fulfilment, Problem Management.
• familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean would be advantageous
• familiarity with Service Management tools (eg : Service Now) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests
• preferable tools knowledge : Putty, TOAD
