Operations Trainer

The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to deliver competency-based training courses based on key products and Aristocrat initiatives, ideally with an Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) background.

You will have the opportunity to combine your passion for teaching and technology to drive Aristocrat contigency workers and full-time employee performance.

What You'll Do

• Deliver training programs to internal customers and employees as scheduled via instructor-led training, webinars, and / or eLearning modules.
• Act as an ambassador for Aristocrat products and services.
• Maintain training administration records of classes taught, attendees, and student evaluations.
• Assist with the development of training program content consistent with adult learning methodology.
• Assist with video capture of step by step proccess to achive front line skillset work training materials.
• Develop lesson plans for front line skillset workers that are hands on and set to defined standards.
• Deliver Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training and certifications and manintain certification trainning records.
• Develop approach to evaluate achievement of learning objectives in the classroom.
• Be a subject matter expert on current and future Aristocrat products and processes.
• Maintain and prepare technical classroom environment.
• Assist with the planning and execution of Aristocrat new product implementation to assembly lines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree in Adult Learning, Training, or a related field.
• Demonstrated training delivery skills.
• Ability to deliver virtual and / or classroom trainings.
• Minimum of two-to-five years of experience, which includes at least one year of gaming experience in Casino related gaming and / or Casino Gaming content.
• Must be be able to show self-motivated and self-directed project with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; speaks clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills preferable be able to inteact with all levels of management.
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently, work through open-ended situations, and prioritize requests.
• Ability to drive and teach to Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification.
• Acquire Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) train the trainer certification.

Preferences :

• Tenured in Casino Gaming and Aristocrat products.
• Technical knoweldge of video edit and capture equipment.
• Experience with instructional design.
• Experience with Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV)

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands :

• Assigned duties are done primarily in an office / production setting. Must be able to maneuver around an office / production setting, work at a desk / workstation and respond to written and oral cues.
• Must have the manual dexterity to use a computer and other necessary office / production equipment.
• May be needed to travel from one Integration Center to another on occasion.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and lift to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for several hours to help with front line assembly staff.
• May be needed to work weekends and / or evening shifts to support occasional production demands.
• Must be able to obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) train the trainer certification.
