We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Audit Accountant to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the finance industry.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a passion for audit, a knack for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

You will be responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with US GAAS, and delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and supervise audit engagements to ensure they are conducted in accordance with US GAAS and other applicable standards.

2. Prepare and review audit work papers and financial statements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with accepted accounting principles and practices.

3. Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the year, acting as the primary point of contact for complex audit matters.

4. Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners, providing insightful recommendations for improvement where necessary.

5. Conduct risk assessment activities, devise audit plans, and manage the execution of audits in a timely and efficient manner.

6. Provide training, guidance, and supervision to junior audit staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

7. Stay abreast of current developments in the finance industry and changes to US GAAS to ensure audit practices remain relevant and effective.

Job Details

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the finance industry. Experience with external audits is a must.

3. Profound knowledge of US GAAS and other relevant auditing standards.

4. Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.

6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

7. Proficiency with audit software and other relevant computer applications.

8. A strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.

9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and project requirements.
