JOB SUMMARY :
Triller is looking for a Content Operations Manager, who will be responsible for implementing strategic editorial content campaigns, following and developing creative processes to achieve team and company goals.
The candidate should be a social and digital native, who gets excited about driving data led product enhancements and promotional tool evolution to optimize content discovery and consumption.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about popular culture, creative and bring a positive energy to the work environment and who are inspired by music and pop culture.
This position will report to the Head of Content, on the content team. This is a highly important function within the organization, and applicants should be comfortable making presentations and recommendations to senior leadership and cross functional teams to inform critical business decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conceive and develop timely content initiatives in order to drive meaningful change within the ecosystem through smart / insightful analysis of what's happening on the platform
- Identify trends both in and off platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to engage user base and collaboratively work towards overall content targets.
- Monitor data sources, drawing insights to guide our content strategy; copywriting & performance reporting.
- Partner with the product owners, global editorial teams, marketing, and partnerships teams to perform ongoing analysis of successes and failures in order to refine strategic methodologies, goal-setting, and frameworks.
- Spearhead organizational planning, including presentation of and cross-functional alignment on content learnings.
EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in internet / digital-content related industry; preferably working across marketing / tech / digital media as well as direct experience in content strategy, programming, or entertainment industry.
- Should have significant knowledge of the state of the media / entertainment industry and competitive landscape as well as an informed perspective on the future of content creation and consumption.
- Candidates should be able to communicate cross-functionally with peers with varying levels of experience and expertise
- A passion for creativity, content, and content creation is requisite. Applicants should have interest and experience in creative ideation and pitching.
- Experience in SMS, CRM tools, and project management software a plus
SKILLS :
- Candidates should be able to balance complex strategy and analysis with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Applicants must be self-sufficient, proactively finding ways in which to add value and improve the business.
- Know how to drive the buzz / viral campaigns; experience in creative agency is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sense of data and logical thinking, a good team player.
- Independent, requiring minimum supervision, solution-oriented and ability to work in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the work day
