As a Leasing Agent, you will be instrumental in promoting our upscale properties, assisting prospective residents, and ensuring a seamless leasing process.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Conduct engaging property tours, showcasing features and amenities of available units.
- Process rental applications and perform thorough background checks to ensure quality tenants.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements and all related documentation efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, showings, and leasing activities in our database.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and requests promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends and rental rates to negotiate leases effectively.
- Assist with innovative marketing efforts to promote available properties and attract potential residents.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is essential.
