Accurate America is seeking to perform field inspections and outside sales services in the greater Denver area as we scale to all new highs.

Our employed inspectors travel to various locations in the front range to capture photos, measurements, and upload information using their smartphones or computers.

WE PROVIDE YOUR LEADS because we partner with the major insurance carriers across the nation and most inspections involve homes and roofs along with canvassing the immediate area of set appointments.

Job Description :

You are responsible for interacting with the homeowners to ensure the job proceeds smoothly and all necessary information is relayed correctly to the homeowner and our production staff.

You are responsible for qualifying potential customers' needs, relaying accurate estimates, documenting project specifications, ensuring all necessary documents are filled out properly and forwarded to the necessary team members.

You will be responsible to inspect houses, climb on roofs, look for damages, carry 50LB ladders and must have reliable transportation.

Sales Reps will interact directly with homeowners to produce signed contracts and ensure the job build runs smoothly and is up to code while maintaining good rapport with the homeowner

Assessing storm related damages from wind and hail to determine if the roof, siding, windows and paint requires repairs or replacement

You are responsible for collecting necessary information and specifics on potential projects, giving accurate estimates, and correctly filling out appropriate documents

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Reach company sales goals by the deadline

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

Ensuring clients remain satisfied by demonstrating trustworthy knowledge of the roofing and construction industry

Roofing / Construction experience desired but not necessary

Experience :

• Previous home inspectors, welcome
• Previous outside sales, welcome
• Customer relations
• These are a plus but not necessary
