Akkodis, formerly Modis, is seeking a Resource Development Manager (Technical Recruiter) to identify and build relationships with IT professionals while connecting our clients to great candidates.

This individual will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure we are providing an excellent candidate experience and find qualified professionals for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

  • Use new and established sourcing tools to research and identify active and passive IT candidates
  • Reach out to and follow up with potential candidates in a region via multiple communication channels
  • Screen and assess candidates on their technical expertise, relevant experience and career goals
  • Promote relevant opportunities at Akkodis clients to candidates
  • Write up candidate details and submit qualified candidates to Business Development Manager or hiring manager in a timely manner
  • Meet with Business Development Managers and / or hiring managers to learn about new requirements, how to prioritize and how to refine searches based on feedback
  • Create a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for in-demand skill sets
  • Constantly learn client selling points and emerging technology to effectively source, screen and attract candidates

  • Ideal candidates will have a successful track record in a metrics-oriented and performance-driven role.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, 2-3 days in the office in Addison, TX
