We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial Specialty Contractor in the Charlotte, NC area, to find a Project Manage r.
This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of Drywall Construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Duties :
- Manage and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Ensure all work is executed according to contract specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with estimating, procurement, and on-site teams to maintain material and equipment accuracy.
- Focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements :
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in Drywall construction management.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and cost management.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in technology and project management software.
